I looked through some of the other thread about forming groups. I think what I'm asking for is different here...

Soon I am not going to bother with many high rank groups. HoH drops are crap, r10+ pugs are awful and I think I'd have just as much fun playing in low rank group. My views on this tend to change, what seems fun one day changes another; however, I have met (not many) few others who like to join low rank groups.

Could there be a stickied thread for people that are happy to play with low rank people?

I got asked (when I made a thread on high rank discrimination) in game by like 100 people to help them. I didn't want to type out loads that I had already written on forum BUT I don't mind helping after playing a match. Easier to evaluate mistakes then.

Don't know if I'm alone on this? Post here if so... I think there must be some that don't really play HA for fame any more, just for fun?

I'll play in anything that doesn't use pets.

can play prot monk (favored position), support monk (standard HB or WoH hybrid) or any midline position.

I know that when I pug and have 4-6 friends with me, I dont pug r10+ people, do rank 7/8 because they will actually play to win. Not play because they're bored.

Rank can't tell you the two most important things about a PUG, being

a) Dedication to winning, and
b) Ability to listen.

A sub R3 who can do exactly what I tell them and will listen carefully to my instructions because they really, really want to win is infinitely more helpful to me as a team leader than a r9 who thinks he's the shit and makes decisions independently from the team, causing disorganization and loss.

No offence but there's plenty of threads where you can discuss that. I made a rank discrimination thread, and others have made it from the other point of view. This thread was aimed at higher ranks leaving their name for lower ranks to use in their groups.

If you don't like that, fair enough.

Yeah, you definitely need a sticky here to pick up lowranks, they are rarer than pearls. /sarcasm

ID1 is all you need really, unless you're looking for a little extra attention for your Good Deed or so, in which case the sticky would be very nice indeed.

Not many high rank people choose to play with low ranks.
